Booking Your Session To secure your session with Cecilia Cabrera Photography, a signed contract and a $100 non-refundable retainer are required. Please note: your date is not guaranteed until both are received. The retainer will be applied toward your total session fee. The remaining balance is due one week before your scheduled session. If payment is not received by then, CCP reserves the right to reschedule your session (if availability allows), or the retainer will be forfeited. Thank you so much for your understanding and support! Proofs About one week after your session, you’ll receive an email with a link to your private online proofing gallery. This gallery will remain open for 7 days, so please be sure to make your final selections within that time. If you need to extend the gallery for an additional 7 days, a $25 reactivation fee will apply. Once you've made your selections, simply send me a message. I’ll then prepare and send your final download link within a week—often sooner! Final delivery time typically ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the season and editing queue. Final Gallery Download Once you receive your final gallery, you will have 7 days to download your images and save them securely. Please make sure to back them up to your laptop, tablet, phone, cloud storage, or another safe device. After the gallery has been delivered and the 7-day window has passed, Cecilia Cabrera Photography is not responsible for lost or misplaced files. If the weather isn’t cooperating, don’t worry—we have options! We can either move the session indoors or reschedule for another day. I’ll reach out the day before your session if the forecast looks uncertain. However, please note that I may wait a bit closer to the session time to make a final decision, as the weather in our area can be unpredictable and often changes quickly. Your comfort and the quality of your photos are always my top priority! What If a Child, Family Member, or Pet Doesn’t Cooperate? At Cecilia Cabrera Photography, we strive to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience for everyone. Our Clients Say Annie Isabel (inkdesignsbyannie) Cecilia and her husband are like heros to me! Originally, I was going to try to save some money by doing my own photos... IMMEDIATE regret LOL. They were absolutely not going to cut it because I wanted well-lit, well-edited, posed pictures with cute outfits and props. My baby was already a week old, and since I had an emergency C-section, I was advised to stay home and still not go anywhere. Before my baby got too big, I needed to find a photographer ASAP! Cecilia was my top choice and also the ONLY one who even responded to me! Not only was her communication super speedy and professional, but she even accommodated my c-section by coming to our home within a few days of me reaching out to her! Normally, she works out of her studio, so it was a HUGE favor and not her normal services to come make a studio in my home but by the way she handled the situation, I had no idea she didn't do it routinely! I was so touched and also impressed by that. She is so great with babies, her photos and techniques are out of this world, and I am in LOVE with the results.
